My dining table was used six nights a week for family meals. But once a week, a diverse collection of whoever it was that mum invited, joined the Ross’s for dinner, and was lucky enough to get a taste of whatever it was mum cooked.

There came a time where those guests starting eating whatever it was mum & I cooked together, and even times where those guests and the spread were all mine.

The hosting became a passion, and the passion became KEF.

Over the years, I have worked in Sydney’s dynamic hospo scene and have developed relationships with suppliers, producers and local legends that all live to serve the same passion.
